Agile Delivery Owner - 100% Remote (U.S.-Based Only)
Contract - W2 via Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. (No C2C / No 3rd Parties)

Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. (EIS) is hiring an Agile Delivery Owner with strong experience driving Agile solution delivery across cross-functional IT and Business teams. This role supports a major enterprise client in Cleveland, OH. Candidates must reside in the United States and work on W2 for EIS.

Position Summary
The Agile Delivery Owner will manage end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, agile processes, and product roadmaps. This role requires hands-on delivery ownership, backlog prioritization, risk removal, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across agile teams.

Certification Requirement (Must Meet One of the Following)
Candidates must hold at least ONE of these advanced certifications:

Primary Accepted Certifications
Certified Agile Leader - CAL-1
Certified Advanced Scrum Master - A-CSM
Professional Scrum Master II - PSM II (Scrum.org)
Approved Equivalent Certifications
Certified Agile Leader CAL-1, CAL-2, CAL-E
SAFe Release Train Engineer (SAFe RTE)
SAFe Program Consultant (SAFe SPC)
SAFe Agilist (SA)
Only candidates holding one of the certifications listed above will be considered.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage delivery of agile initiatives across IT and Business teams
Drive sprint planning, backlog management, prioritization, and dependency tracking
Facilitate team ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile delivery standards
Track delivery metrics, capacity, velocity, flow, and cycle time
Provide delivery transparency and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Remove blockers, escalate risks, and align cross-team dependencies
Support release planning, delivery roadmap management, and sprint commitments
Coach teams on agile methodologies, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement
Partner with product owners, scrum masters, and technical leads to achieve business outcomes
Promote collaboration, accountability, efficiency, and predictable delivery

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum, Program/Project Delivery, or Release Management
Experience delivering technology solutions within enterprise environments
Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects in agile settings
Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
Experience tracking KPIs and delivery metrics (velocity, capacity, throughput, flow)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to evaluate data to recommend actions
Experience presenting delivery status to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to resolve conflict, negotiate outcomes, and build trust across teams
Leadership experience influencing teams without direct authority

Preferred Skills
Experience working with AgilePlace, GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar agile delivery tools
Experience in document processing, enterprise workflow, or digital transformation projects (nice to have)
