Role Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) value stream. This position emphasizes functional leadership across HCM modules while ensuring technical alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will partner closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and system vendors to enhance HCM capabilities and ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Ownership:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact between HR business stakeholders and IT teams for Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives.
  2. Lead the prioritization and management of service requests, incidents, and functional enhancements.
  3. Drive HR process improvements by leveraging automation, analytics, and self-service functionality.
  4. Manage end-to-end change cycles, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Solution Design & System Enablement

  1. Lead HCM solution design aligned with enterprise architecture and Oracle best practices.
  2. Evaluate impacts of new configurations or integrations across modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Time & Labor.
  3. Define data structures, reporting solutions, and integrations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  4. Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to implement scalable HCM solutions supporting long-term workforce strategies.

Collaboration & Governance

  1. Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to maintain data privacy and regulatory adherence (GDPR, SOC, etc.).
  2. Participate in roadmap planning, release reviews, and system upgrade assessments.
  3. Document configuration standards, solution decisions, and operational dependencies for internal reference.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, OTL).
  • Deep functional expertise in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes and HR business workflows.
  • Technical exposure to HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC integrations preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to balance functional leadership with hands-on system troubleshooting and solution delivery.
