Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Guidewire implementations and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver Guidewire-based solutions that align with business goals, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and manage risks.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Manage change requests, issue resolution, and project documentation.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Guidewire implementations.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance operations and workflows.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects.
- Familiarity with Guidewire modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Guidewire certification(s).
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud or Digital Portal.
- Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models.
