Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy and governance for knowledge management and education.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management approach in collaboration with partners.
- Establish best practices for content management and retention.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and assess organizational readiness.
- Enhance learning outcomes through knowledge needs assessments.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Design educational programs for program resources and end users.
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of education and content.
- Support deployment preparations and develop enterprise-wide strategies.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in training, education, or knowledge management within large-scale transformation programs.
- Expertise in training needs analysis, instructional design, and curriculum development.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in knowledge management frameworks and enabling tools.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree or certification in instructional design or knowledge management.
- Experience with ERP implementation or technology-enabled transformation training.
- Background in operations or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
