Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller with strong Syteline ERP expertise to oversee and manage the company's financial operations. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, while working closely with operations and leadership teams to support business decisions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles.




  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP or applicable accounting standards.




  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.




  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.




  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.




  • Ensure internal controls are effective and compliant with company policies.




  • Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to align financial processes with ERP workflows in Syteline.




  • Support ERP optimization, system reporting, and process improvements in Syteline.




  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team.





Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.




  • 5+ years of experience in financial management or controlling within a manufacturing environment.




  • Hands-on experience with Syteline ERP (Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine), including modules for finance, inventory, and manufacturing.




  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance standards.




  • Proven ability to manage month-end close, audits, and financial controls.




  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.




  • Experience in driving ERP-related process improvements and supporting cross-functional teams.
