Team Structure:
- Talent acquisition and recruiting is broken up into two segments: Technical & Non-Technical; this person will oversee the Corporate/Non-Technical side of the business.
- Company headcount is over 700 and Corporate functions make up a significant and diverse portion of the organization.
- They will have a Recruiting Manager directly under them, as well as 5-6 Corporate Recruiters.
- This role reports to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent across all corporate departments, aligned with business priorities and growth goals.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing team of recruiters; cultivate a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain deep pipelines across key functions using proactive sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and talent community engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, forecast talent gaps, and provide strategic hiring insights.
- Direct Recruitment Execution: Actively engage in recruiting key roles across corporate functions to ensure top talent is aligned with business needs and brand culture.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional and brand-aligned candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data and KPIs to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine recruiting strategies.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Drive D&I efforts in hiring by fostering equitable practices and ensuring diverse representation across all hiring pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in corporate/non-tech recruiting across functions such as marketing, creative, finance, logistics, or legal.
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing a recruiting team.
- Demonstrated ability to scale recruiting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of corporate functions, talent market dynamics, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong alignment with brand, values, and mission focused on wellness, mindfulness, and community.
