  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Product Manager, Experience Booking Engine (XBE) to join our team.

    JOB SUMMARY

    This role will be responsible for delivering a personalized platform designed for cross-sell and upsell capabilities, integrating with both third-party and in-house systems such as Ticketmaster, Book4Time, food and beverage, nightlife, and casino products.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in product management, preferably within travel, hospitality, or e-commerce platforms.
    • Solid experience with multi-system integrations, including PMS, ticketing, dining, spa, and events.
    • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Background in mobile and web user experience, especially in high-traffic consumer-facing interfaces.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools and conducting A/B testing for data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communicator, skilled in executive-level presentations and vendor negotiations.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Define the product strategy and roadmap for XBE, aligning with digital transformation and guest experience vision.
    • Translate business objectives into epics, features, and user stories for engineering, design, and vendor partners.
    • Own integrations with reservation systems, ticketing (Ticketmaster, UrVenue, Tixr), Book4Time for spa, F&B systems, and hotel PMS/room upgrade flows.
    • Partner with Analytics to define KPIs (conversion rates, upsell revenue, guest engagement) and drive measurable outcomes.
    • Work with Marketing and Loyalty teams to incorporate personalization and logic into booking experiences.
    • Collaborate with Mobile and Web product teams to ensure consistent, frictionless user experiences.
    • Manage vendor relationships, contract dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders (Hospitality, Casino Marketing, Nightlife, F&B).
    • Support ideation of future capabilities such as AI-driven recommendations, itinerary personalization, and dynamic packaging.
