Job Title: o9 configuration with Supply Planning Focus
Location: Bay Area Palo Alto (Remote Job)

Department: Supply Chain Solutions / IT Systems Implementation
Reports To: Implementation Manager / Solution Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven o9 Configurator with a strong understanding of Supply Planning . This role will focus on the o9 supply planning implementation leveraging o9 Reference Models.

You will collaborate closely with solution architects, business teams, and technical stakeholders to design and implement integrated planning workflows that drive visibility, agility, and efficiency in supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement the o9 platform with a focus on supply planning reference model including:
    • Supply network modeling
    • Capacity constraint management
    • Replenishment planning
    • What-if/scenario planning
  • Work with clients to understand current planning processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the o9 platform.
  • Design and build custom workflows, data models, and business logic using o9 s proprietary configuration tools and languages.
  • Perform SIT and UAT support to ensure high solution quality and performance.
  • Partner with supply chain SMEs to ensure that planning outputs meet business expectations and are aligned with KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in o9 planning software implementation
  • Ability to understand DP-SP handshake setup and configuration
  • Understanding the setup of o9 OBO to solve for demand, WIP, and safety stocks and attribute/measure-based sorting
  • Understanding of the interaction/behavior of transactional data with the demand prioritization and o9 solver
  • Advanced report and solver debugging abilities
  • Ability to write & leverage python plug-ins with the o9 platform
  • Advanced understanding of active rules, procedures, and action button configuration
  • Understanding of SSIS capabilities and translation to o9 data model
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
