Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, coding, and testing within Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, along with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of insurance domain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter.

  • Perform coding, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Participate in PolicyCenter configuration, integration, and customization activities.

  • Support and troubleshoot PolicyCenter applications in production as required.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.

Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development and implementation.

  • Strong expertise in GOSU programming language and Guidewire configuration.

  • Experience with PolicyCenter data model, rules, workflows, and product model.

  • Knowledge of integration patterns (web services, APIs, messaging).

  • Familiarity with insurance industry processes (Policy, Billing, Claims).

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
