Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions in SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
  • Develop and manage custom connectors, workflows, lifecycle event triggers, and provisioning policies
  • Build and maintain roles, policies, rules, certification campaigns, and access reviews
  • Perform user onboarding/offboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), access request workflows, and SOD management
  • Develop custom scripts using Beanshell, Java, or REST APIs to extend functionality
  • Integrate SailPoint with various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and apply patches or upgrades
  • Create and maintain documentation, test plans, and deployment scripts
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM policies
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and industry security standards

Required Skills:
  • 12+ years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management
  • 6+ years hands-on with SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
  • Proficient in Java, XML, REST/SOAP Web Services, Beanshell Scripting
  • Experience with Access Reviews, Role Management, SOD, and Policy Enforcement
  • Integration experience with enterprise systems: Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP
  • Good understanding of RBAC, ABAC, Identity Lifecycle, Access Certification
  • Experience with Agile methodology, CI/CD, DevOps tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
