We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Power Systems Engineer to join our engineering team. This role will be responsible for the design, analysis, integration, and optimization of power systems for a variety of energy solutions including renewable, conventional, and hybrid systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in power distribution, load flow analysis, and grid interconnection standards, as well as hands-on experience with modeling tools.

Job Details
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the design and implementation of microgrids or data centers, including integration of renewable energy and energy storage systems
  • At least 5 years of experience using power system analysis tools such as ETAP, SKM, PSCAD, or similar platforms
  • Over 5 years of experience in power systems engineering, with a strong emphasis on electrical studies, system modeling, and mission-critical infrastructure such as data centers
  • Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, including reliability, load flow, short-circuit analysis, harmonics, voltage regulation, transients, power factor correction, and system losses
  • Comprehensive understanding of power generation and electrical distribution systems
  • Familiarity with data center electrical design, including redundancy requirements and tier-level classifications (e.g., N, N+1, 2N)
