About the Job
As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports our users, developers, and internal teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, write clear and concise content, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and maintain training materials, end-user documentation, operations manuals, and technical user guides.
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information.
- Collaborate with development teams to assess documentation needs and ensure alignment with product updates.
- Organize and document business and technical processes, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure content is accessible, consistent, and tailored to the needs of the target audience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in technical writing or developing technical communications for specific audiences.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts related to software products and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing documentation standards, templates, or tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
