Description
The organizational Change Manger is responsible for building out a Change Management Methodology and framework to manage and oversee the lifecycle of all Information Technology changes, with the primary responsibility of enabling and governing beneficial changes made with minimal disruption to the business. The Change Manager has a duty to Lead and protect the IT systems of the organization, ensuring the respective changes that are made do not present an unacceptable risk. The Change Manager will convene and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change (eCAB), ensuring the information presented to these groups is complete and provides our governing bodies with the information they need to make informed decisions about the changes, prioritizing and approving them, or rejecting them.
Build a structured (CAB) Change Advisory governance model and strategy leveraging our ServiceNow platform to drive effective change management disciplines and activities across the organization.
Develop and drive adoption of Change Management policies governing the overall standard that describes the procedures, rules and levels of authorization required to approve diverse types of Changes. (Standard, Emergency, Shadow IT etc.)
Manage the daily activities of Changes, ensuring the necessary requirements are being satisfied prior to CAB, ensuring standards and appropriate documentation is depicting appropriate changes.
Coordinate with relationship owners on approved vendor production changes impacting client's systems and services.
Lead Weekly and ad hoc CAB meetings, by reviewing proposed changes seeking key feedback from Change requestors to obtain guidance and approval from CAB members prior to changes.
Assess the change impact conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Will serve as a Change Leader responsible for updated policies and procedures during audits.
Assess current awareness of the change, and identify areas of resistance
Evaluating the success of change management initiatives
Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change.
Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
Will serve as a liaison between Change and Major Incident management for critical issues and outages.
Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
Conduct weekly reviews of Changes to identify areas of improvements.
Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these metrics
Providing KPI/KRI reporting out to the organization to ensure heightened visibility on changes and results.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
5+ Years or organization Change Management experience.
A ServiceNow certification is highly desired (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification is desired.
Communication and people skills to facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Project management skills and experience are a plus, as are SCRUM Master or Product Owner certifications.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline).
Proven influential leader, with a solid understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.
Effective facilitation and influencing skills at all levels of management.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills are necessary.
Good listening and communications skills, albeit verbal and written
Project management and planning skills.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
