Position : AI Agent Developer
Location: Evanston, IL Hybrid (preferred North Chicago suburbs)
Duration: 6+ months

Overview:
Seeking an AI Agent Developer to design and build intelligent, scalable, and secure AI agents across the enterprise. The role requires expertise with Microsoft s AI ecosystem, particularly tools like Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and LLM integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft tools.
  • Integrate LLMs for text, vision, and audio capabilities.
  • Use RAG and vector databases to enhance response accuracy.
  • Work with stakeholders to convert business needs into AI solutions.
  • Monitor, optimize, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI standards.
  • Participate in agile sprints and share knowledge with internal teams.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform.
  • Proficiency with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, and extensibility features.
  • Background in enterprise AI, IT ops, or digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AI scenario libraries and responsible AI principles.
  • Integration experience with platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Teams, Outlook.
