Job Details
Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Boston, MA Onsite
Duration: Long Term
Required 3+ years experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech Industry
Work and Technical Experience:
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in Commercial Analytics in areas like Market Access, Digital Engagement, Market Affairs, Patient Services, Drug Launches etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with business product owners and users to understand data and analytics requirements for Commercial business areas
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and ability to convert business requirements into implementation ready Epics and user stories
- Well versed with using Jira
- Hands on knowledge with data querying, data analysis, data mining, reporting and analytics will be a plus
- Familiarity with Tools like Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle DB will be a plus
- Willing to work in US EST time zone (half day or more overlap will be preferred)
Must Have
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in Commercial Analytics in areas like Market Access, Digital Engagement, Market Affairs, Patient Services, Drug Launches etc.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into functional specifications
- Able to manage own workload with minimal direction
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas
Good To Have
- Experience with Business and data analysis in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
