Telematics & UBI Integration Specialist with Guidewire/ Duckcreek & IMS

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Telematics & UBI Integration Specialist with experience in Usage-Based Insurance (UBI), telematics systems, and integration with Guidewire or Duckcreek. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing insurance products like Pay-As-You-Drive (PAYD) and Pay-How-You-Drive (PHYD) using IMS (Connected Car Solutions) technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure UBI programs leveraging telematics data for accurate and personalized insurance pricing.
- Integrate IMS telematics platform with Guidewire or Duckcreek PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter using IMS UBI Enrollment Accelerator.
- Capture, process, and score driving behavior data from OBD-II dongles, mobile apps, black boxes, and connected vehicles.
- Deliver accurate premium adjustments, claims verification, and pay-per-mile billing via Guidewire or Duckcreek modules.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to launch and optimize PAYD, PHYD, and hybrid insurance models.
- Support claims accuracy through telematics verification and ensure customer retention via safe driving programs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Guidewire or Duckcreek PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter integrations.
- Knowledge of telematics data collection, scoring, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of UBI models (PAYD, PHYD, Pay-Per-Mile, Distance + Behavior Hybrid).
- Experience with IMS Connected Car Solutions or similar telematics platforms.
- Familiarity with API integrations and data processing workflows
