Location: Washington D.C., Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a GoLang Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Development (coding) of new functional features
Debug and resolve software defects
Maintain high standards for code quality and ability to refactor for optimized solutions
Participation in regular solution design sessions to analyze options and benefits
Solution documentation
Decompose business requirements into small technical requirements
Accurately assess effort to complete work
Qualifications:
Strong Hands-on experience on Golang programming.
Exposure to container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong Linux background - Hands on with working in Linux environment
Well versed with the Linux OS, PKI Certificate management, and SSH Key management
Good understanding on Active directory/LDAP, user/group structures, querying LDAP, LDAP filters, and development experience on opensource components/libraries like DNS, certificate, LDAP schema, Pam authentication module on Linux
Understanding of Access and Authentication mechanisms like Single sign-on, MFA
Self-driven individual
Knowledge of code reverse engineering techniques to analyze understand existing code
Preferred Qualifications:
Min 2 years of experience on Golang
2 years of preferred C programming experience
6 years of programming experience on Linux OS
2 years of programming experience with Python/JavaScript
Experience with version control systems: GitHub
Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000 or the hourly equivalent.
