HRIS - Compensation System Analyst

You'll collaborate with a dynamic team focused on designing and optimizing systems that process large volumes of data, contributing to firm-wide improvements. **Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related field
- At least 5 years in roles involving application support and implementation in HR, Compensation, Payroll, or related systems
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in collaboration with software developers and cross-functional teams across the full SDLC
- Familiarity with Product and/or Project Management is a plus
- Exposure to SSIS, DTS, Informatica, Scribe, or similar integration tools is advantageous
