- Create and maintain upgrade playbooks, architecture documentation, and operational runbooks.
- 8+ years of experience as a Linux Engineer/Architect in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in RHEL 7/8/9/10 installation, configuration, migration, and optimization.
- Proven experience with large-scale RHEL OS upgrades and migration projects.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat Satellite, Terraform (nice-to-have).
- Strong skills in CI/CD integration, Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of immutable infrastructure concepts and container-based OS management.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (FIPS, STIG, PCI-DSS).
- Strong scripting abilities in Bash, Python, or similar.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) in hybrid environments.
