Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in data architecture, data modeling, and data quality concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in defining user stories, product requirements, and backlog grooming.
- Experience with change management and product/process documentation.
- Experience in leading software development projects from ideation to launch.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap and long-term goals.
- Develop and execute the comprehensive go-to-market and launch strategy.
- Manage the product development process, including sprints and releases.
- Define clear product requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Act as the executive sponsor's representative to accelerate product success.
- Monitor launched product performance and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate and align efforts across business, technology, and vendor teams.
