We have partnered with our client in their search for a Technical Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant.


Responsibilities



  • Lead the hands-on configuration and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning to support Strategic Workforce Planning (SWFP).

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to identify gaps, define solutions, and execute deliverables.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Workday to stabilize the platform, address security concerns, and complete necessary integrations/configurations.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members while driving key technology deliverables.

  • Support the transition from external consulting partners to an in-house delivery model.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support remediation activities.


Skills Required



  • Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning - hands-on configuration and implementation leadership.

  • Strong ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a complex enterprise environment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to mentor team members and drive initiatives independently.

  • Experience navigating high-attrition, high-stakes environments.

  • Preferred: Expertise in Workday HCM and Skills Cloud.


Education & Work Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, HR Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations, with a focus on Adaptive Planning.

  • Experience supporting regulatory initiatives and enterprise-wide planning solutions.
