Job Title: Process Consultant with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Location: One Vanderbilt, NY or Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
- E2E Process Assessment - Create end-to-end process visibility into how GTB Products and identify issues impacting business performance.
- Process Intelligence - Business Process Management (BPM) and hub to foster emerging technologies and explore use cases from customer GTB.
- Digitization & Automation - Manage delivery of innovative automation projects delivering value and sustaining performance levels.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business by developing and implementing process and operational efficiencies.
- Utilize advanced analytics and process modeling to solve complex process problems and drive improvements.
- Provide expert advice to business leaders and lead the team in executing quality improvement recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional experience required.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of software applications and tools required for process improvement tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex process problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and guide others within the area of expertise.
Required Education: At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
