Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Assist with the setup and support of network infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation of technical procedures and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall IT services.
