Work Location: Tampa, FL 33602

Rate : $Market All Inclusive on W2/1099- No C2C

Job Details:
RTEs facilitate key ART events like PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and iteration planning meetings. Removing Impediments
They proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder the progress of the ART, working with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
RTEs help the ART manage and mitigate risks, including budget, productivity, and technical risks. RTEs also help manage dependencies between teams and identify potential risks associated with those dependencies.
They foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean-Agile practices, facilitating retrospective events, and identifying areas for improvement.
RTEs coach leaders, Scrum Masters, and teams in Lean-Agile principles and practices, helping them adopt SAFe principles and improve their performance.
RTEs focus on optimizing the flow of value through the ART by identifying bottlenecks, implementing flow accelerators, and improving the continuous delivery pipeline.
They ensure alignment between the ART's goals, the organization's strategic objectives, and the needs of stakeholders.
RTEs act as a key liaison between teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
They help ensure the readiness of the ART for PI Planning, facilitate the PI Planning event, and summarize Team PI Objectives for transparency and visibility. Ensuring Adherence to Guardrails. They help ensure that the ART adheres to established SAFe guardrails and practices.

Mandatory Skills

* Experience in large-scale Agile transformations.

* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

* Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

* 5+ years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc.).

* 2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or similar role.

* Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe principles.

* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne).
