Must Have Active CIS Certification
Need a lead level TC who is very experienced Process Mining to assist customer with analyzing process data, helping to define dashboards to be configured using Platform Analytics, leveraging Process Mining analysis to drive ITSM Continual Improvement, particularly for the incident process.
Resource must be highly skilled in this area with notable success working with ServiceNow Process Mining tools. This will be the 4th resource we have attempted to place in this role for Dell with minimal success. Prefer internal resources. Will consider partner resources if they meet the criteria.
