Apple TV+ is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Screening & Gear Operations Consultant to support high-profile screenings and media review workflows.
This hands-on role ensures the flawless execution of internal and external screenings, immersive media demos, and post-production QC support, including specialized gear setup and management.

Responsibilities:
Operate and manage Apple TV+ Screening & Review Rooms for both in-person and virtual sessions.
Coordinate and schedule screenings (~15+ per week), including internal viewings and executive reviews.
Manage Screenbooker requests and Post Screening inbox responses.
Perform editorial support and QC coordination for delivery-related issues (~20+ per week).
Handle digital cinema content (DCPs), KDMs, and projection systems.
Support Apple Vision Pro reviews and immersive media demos, including prescription lens prep and playback.
Track, deploy, and maintain gear for remote content review (~12+ per week).
Conduct pre-screening checks for optimal picture and sound (including Dolby Atmos).
Troubleshoot projection and sound system issues, coordinate repairs with vendors.
Provide routine maintenance and software/hardware updates for AV equipment.
Collaborate with post-production, editorial, and tech teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in technical screening room support, AV operations, or post-production environments.
Strong familiarity with DCP workflows, projection systems, immersive audio (Dolby Atmos), and digital playback tools.
Working knowledge of Apple hardware and AV software platforms.
Ability to manage multiple screenings and gear deployments in a fast-paced, media-rich environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; customer service mindset.
Comfortable supporting high-profile teams and sensitive content.
Ability to lift and manage technical gear when needed.
Willingness to travel between nearby facilities as needed.
Preferred:
Experience supporting Apple Vision Pro or immersive/AR/VR content.
Previous work in studio environments (streaming or theatrical).
