Job Details
Role: Audio-Visual Infrastructure/Systems Technician
Location: New York, NY (Onsite - 100%)
Required:
- Advanced knowledge of AV signal flow, control systems (AMX/Crestron), DSPs, and IP networking
- Well versed in Dante (digital audio network through ethernet), Cameras, Video Switching , Audio or AoIP.
- Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video, and control.
- Minor programming capability (AMX/Crestron) changes and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability across AV/IT domains.
- Advanced proficiency in Windows and iOS environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
- Proficiency with testing and calibration equipment.
- Support user acceptance testing.
- Ability to regularly climb and work from ladders up to heights of 15 feet; lifting equipment, tools, and materials.
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, colleagues, and C-level personnel.
Education:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- AVIXA CTS certification strongly preferred.
