We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist I to be the go-to hero for all things tech-keeping systems running smoothly and users empowered.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first line of support for employees, handling helpdesk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues with confidence and care.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts for a growing team of 150+ users.
  • Perform password resets and basic account management using Active Directory.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals to get new hires and teams up and running.
  • Keep tickets updated and resolved within service level timelines, contributing to a seamless support experience.
  • Document solutions and contribute to a growing knowledge base.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in desktop/helpdesk support.
  • Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools like Remote Help or RDP.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills-you're approachable, clear, and helpful.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

Bonus Points:

  • Associate degree or certifications like A+ or Network+.
  • Experience supporting users in a fast-paced, in-house IT environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
