Job Title: Genesys CX Architect
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone Preferred)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Required Experience:
5+ years of experience in Contact Center and CX solution architecture.
Deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (IVR, routing, integrations).
Strong understanding of Contact Center modernization efforts.
Experience with cloud technologies, microservices, and APIs.
Proficient in solutioning across complex enterprise environments.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to work with senior-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with third-party integrations (CRM, workforce management, analytics).
Knowledge of AI/ML in IVR/voicebots/chatbots.
Past consulting experience in a healthcare or insurance domain is a plus.
