Title: AI Model Architect & Creative Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly meticulous and versatile AI model architect and creative developer, grounded in Technical Production Design, to join our Content Design team within Services, Product Design & Marketing. This role blends exceptional design execution with advanced AI/ ML systems thinking. You will architect agentic AI workows and multi-agent systems, work with existing internal model endpoints and tooling, and collaborate closely with creative and technical teams to accelerate high-quality content production initiatives.

If you are detail-driven, systematically organized, enjoy unblocking teams, and thrive on optimizing design and AI workows through rigorous documentation, testing, and designer in-the-loop safeguards, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agentic AI architecture
  • Design and implement agentic and multi-agent patterns (planner critic actor, tool-use/ function calling, memory/knowledge, safety/approval gates).
  • Integrate with existing internal models, APIs, and approved tools; dene contracts, guardrails, and observability for safe deployment.
  • Build retrieval and grounding pipelines (RAG) using internal knowledge bases, templates, and brand/style guides.

Creative production and tooling

  • Adapt high-quality internal templates and design systems; translate creative briefs into scalable AI-assisted workows.
  • Develop assistive agents that propose on-brand copy, imagery, and UI microcopy; stage actions for human approval.
  • Create prompt libraries & frameworks, evaluation datasets, and reusable tool ows for common content tasks.

Workow optimization and QA

  • Support optimization of design and AI workows via tool testing, process renement, and quality assurance.
  • Implement evaluation harnesses (quality, safety, bias, compliance), A/B tests, and automated regression checks.
  • Establish SLAs, retries, and idempotency for production pipelines; monitor use, latency, and success rates.

Documentation and enablement

  • Create, maintain, and adapt clear documentation: style guides, model/agent specs, workows, and technical overviews.
  • Run playbooks for designer-in-the-loop reviews; dene approval criteria and rollback/ compensation steps.
  • Train and support creative and engineering partners; provide external partners with clear guidelines for on-brand delivery.

Compliance, privacy, and governance

  • Embed privacy-by-design, accessibility, and safety policies; enforce least-privilege access and content guardrails.
  • Partner with legal, policy, and security to ensure responsible AI usage and auditability across locales.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work uidly with designers, writers, producers, engineers, data scientists, and program managers.
  • Translate creative needs into technical specs and technical constraints into creative options.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience as a Production Designer (or equivalent) with a portfolio of detail-oriented design across digital & product.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting AI solutions: agentic/multi-agent workows, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and structured outputs.
  • Hands-on with LLMs and generative models (text/vision/audio), retrieval/grounding, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Strong graphic design skills: visual communication, typography, layout; mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop (advanced retouching).
  • Meticulous le prep, asset management, adherence to specs, and quality control for largescale content operations.
  • Prociency in scripting for workow automation (e.g., Python; familiarity with Swift or JavaScript a plus).
  • Ability to create and maintain clear documentation (style guides, SOPs, tech overviews) and to drive QA/testing of assets, templates, and tools.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication; demonstrated success partnering with both creative and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and attention to detail; comfortable with debugging complex pipelines.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience integrating and optimizing against internal model endpoints and data sources; familiarity with privacy, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks and components (e.g., planners/critics, vector stores, embeddings, evaluators, observability).
  • Experience developing automation scripts or custom tools to improve design workows; ability to architect and develop agentic AI at scale.
  • Skilled in Sketch and familiarity with UI/UX principles; ability to prototype in context and present solutions to creative and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (Swift UI, React) or creative coding tools (Processing, Touchdesigner, Unity) relevant to prototyping.
  • Exposure to genAI for media (image/video/audio), ASR/TTS, and media asset pipelines; comfort with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and localization/transcreation workows.

Notes This role is hands-on and production-oriented, with a focus on safe, on-brand, scalable AI systems that accelerate creative output.

Candidates are expected to be in the oce 3 days a week and should be comfortable working with internal models/tools where appropriate, and with external services as permitted, always adhering to privacy, security, and brand guidelines.
