Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Senior Developer with over 12 years of experience to lead a critical one-year initiative. This role is unique, requiring a precise 25% split across four core domains: AI integration, process automation, business intelligence, and full-stack engineering. You will be responsible for building, automating, and visualizing end-to-end intelligent solutions that drive business value.
 
Key Responsibilities (25/25/25/25 Split)
AI Development (25%):
  • Design and integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI, or predictive models).
  • Develop conversational interfaces and implement secure AI solutions at scale.
Power Automate (25%):
  • Architect and maintain complex automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
  • Integrate SharePoint, Teams, and third-party apps to streamline business processes.
Power BI (25%):
  • Design high-performance dashboards, reports, and complex data models using DAX.
  • Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure data quality.
Full Stack Development (25%):
  • Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, or .NET).
  • Develop robust back-end APIs and manage both SQL and NoSQL database architectures.
  • Required Qualifications
 
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of professional software development experience.
 
AI/ML: Proven track record of deploying AI models or integrating AI APIs into production environments.
Microsoft Power Platform: Advanced proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI (certifications preferred).
 
Tech Stack: Deep expertise in front-end (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) and back-end (Python) technologies.
Data Management: Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling for business intelligence.
Work Arrangement & Compensation
 
Hybrid Policy: This role requires being on-site at our White Plains, NY office 3 days per week.
