Manager, Identity & Access Management
Location: NYC
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Comp:
Base + Bonus, Stock/Equity, Benefits

Main notes:
Hands-on Manager (both Leadership and Strategic skills) the ability to drive solutions
Okta SME (Okta Certification preferred)
Own and drive all IAM activities globally
Starting with a technical focus and maturing into leadership as internal processes solidify.
Experience owning end-to-end integrations, added features, etc.
Redesign scalable controls
Experience with Fast Pass, Device Access, and Device Trust
Public and large company experience is ideal
Someone who has implemented identity governance
Own and lead the IAM function across the organization.
Manage and expand a small team, currently including an Okta contractor
Architect, implement, and manage identity lifecycle processes, governance, and compliance.

Lead IAM projects like:
Workday migration from BambooHR (already completed).
Upcoming deployments of FastPass, Device Access, and Device Trust.
Define and mature SOPs, policies, and configurations.
Ensure audit readiness and manage internal audit interactions.
Collaborate closely with department heads, IT, internal audit, and executive stakeholders (VP of IT, CIO).

Strong understanding of:
Identity Governance
Lifecycle Management
Compliance & audit processes (e.g., preparing for IPO, SOX)
Capable of using data to justify IAM decisions and access controls.
Able to present technical IAM strategies to leadership.

Estimated Min Rate: $150,000
Estimated Max Rate: $200,000
