The PeopleSoft Application Developer will document and analyze integrations and reporting in USHMM’s PeopleSoft 9.2 environment (PeopleTools 8.6, PUM 50). This role focuses on third-party/federal integrations, nVision and Query reports, and bank reconciliation, supporting a federal client’s dual FASAB/FASB needs. Collaborates with the team to deliver sprint-based outputs and a future-state roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Document integrations with systems (e.g., CRM, Banking, Treasury SPS, GTAS).
- Analyze nVision, PeopleSoft Query, and web reports, capturing data sources and logic.
- Assess bank reconciliation automation feasibility.
- Document integration-related batch processes and data flows.
- Identify integration/reporting pain points (e.g., reporting limitations) for root cause analysis.
- Deliver sprint-based documentation in iterative cycles with stakeholder reviews.
- Interview USHMM IT/finance staff to clarify integration and reporting needs.
- Contribute to future-state roadmap, focusing on integration and reporting modernization.
Qualifications:
- 6–7 years of PeopleSoft development experience in Integration Broker, nVision, and PeopleCode.
- Experience with integrations, federal interfaces (e.g., GTAS), and reporting in PeopleSoft 9.2.
- Knowledge of federal reporting standards and dual FASAB/FASB systems.
- Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.
Location: Remote, with possible funded travel to DC offices during key milestones
Type: Full-time Remote
Period of Performance: 12 months (Jul 2025 - Jul 2026) with four additional option years
