Position: Junior Technical Project Manager - Sales Support
Location: El Segundo, CA
Term: Contract to Hire

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to support our Sales team in driving operational efficiency, managing sales-related projects, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable coordinating between sales, technical, and operations teams.
A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to work effectively with a variety of sales personalities will be key to success in this role. Experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, tracking, and execution of sales-related projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Coordinate with sales reps, operations, and technical staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and streamlined workflows.
  • Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and flag potential risks or blockers.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for sales tools and processes.
  • Document project requirements, processes, and best practices for the sales team.
  • Adapt communication and management approaches to align with different sales personalities and working styles.
  • Provide day-to-day project support to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar) is a bonus.
  • Understanding of sales processes and ability to effectively support sales teams with different working styles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
