Title: Coupa CatLog and cXML Specialist

Location: Celebration FL 34747/100% Remote role

Duration: 5 Months Contract

Must have:

• Remote role but must work EST hours.
• Administration of Coupa catalog a plus as is experience with an ERP platform.
• Will be doing error handling and dealing with a backlog, creating, and maintaining vendors.
• Project management experience is a plus as will be planning and executing against milestones.

Description/Comment:

• Set up new Coupa Catalog and supplier cXML connections, including hyper care supplier exiting catalog errors and issues.
• Research and recommend suppliers that should be transitioned to catalog and or other "guided buying" channels.
• As a Coupa Catalog and cXML Connectivity Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is making a difference to enhance the quality of spend data through the enablement of standard purchasing and invoicing channels. You will be responsible for on-boarding new Coupa catalog, sustaining existing punchout and hosted catalog, creating new cXML connections and ensuring the stability of existing connections within the Coupa platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sourcing, DWSS Shared Services, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders, to optimize procurement efficiency and ensure a seamless and procurement experience for the client end user.

Responsibilities:

• 5-7 Years supporting Catalog solutions like Coupa, Ariba, and or Buyer Quest
• 2 Years supporting Coupa solution
• Enjoy working with new users, ability to explain work being performed to others
• Ability to document the process and maintain documentation for audits
• Flexible to support global business operations.
• Create and manage Coupa punchout and hosted catalogs, including items, taxonomy, and content groups
• Ensure product and service information is accurate, complete, and consistent with current procurement policy and purchasing guidelines
• Manage supplier onboarding to the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) and identify candidates for e-enablement through cXML connections
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish and configure cXML integrations for automated PO and invoice exchange
• Ensure cXML data adheres to Coupa s formatting and validation requirements
• Guide suppliers through the cXML setup process, including testing and troubleshooting
• Support the governance and monitoring of finance system compliance in accordance with company policies, standards, and SOX requirements
• Research and troubleshoot issues (data or process) and take appropriate action to resolve issues
• Respond to user inquiries through the DFS STP ServiceNow support queues and resolve catalog or cXML-related issues
• Partner with IT and other Segments to extensively test system enhancements and modifications to ensure the integrity of the system s functionality and its data
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including requirements gathering, build, testing services and maintenance
• Stay up to date on Coupa best practices and industry trends

Experience:

• 5-7 Years supporting Catalog solutions like Coupa, Ariba, and or Buyer Quest
• 2 Years supporting Coupa solution
