Job Details

Currently working with a private equity firm that focusing on healthcare innovation and investments at their cutting edge incubator in NYC that is seeking a Founding Product Designer. This role sits at the intersection of data, design, and storytelling-ensuring complex analyses and insights are translated into accessible, elegant products that drive action and understanding for investment teams, portfolio companies, and broader stakeholders.

You will:
  • Work to design and deploy AI driven solutions to transform operations both internally and externally for portfolio companies.
  • Design tools for the nextgen of healthcare breakthroughs.
  • Design and deploy AI-driven solutions that transform operations and unlock growth across the firm's portfolio companies
  • Enhance investment strategies through proprietary AI tools that surface signals, sharpen insights, and accelerate decision-making
  • Leverage data assets by turning proprietary datasets into actionable intelligence and sources of new ideas
  • Catalyze industry innovation through deep partnerships with leading startups, academic labs, and pioneers at the frontier of artificial intelligence


We need:
  • 6+ years of design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive dashboards, data stories, and user-centric design solutions that translate complex datasets into intuitive user experiences
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Flourish, D3.js) and design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
