Sr Java Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Sr Java Developer to join a dynamic team, dedicated to building and deploying full-stack applications across web and cloud environments. This role involves designing custom software solutions, working collaboratively to solve complex client problems, and bringing digital products to life. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and a passion for both development and leadership, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote work and on-site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications across various web and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead small project teams or components, including task estimation, technical design, and code reviews.
• Present complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to implementation and support.
• Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and mentoring peers.
• Operate effectively in a hybrid work model, combining remote collaboration with necessary in-person engagements.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven expertise in backend development with Java and/or Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with AWS native services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, and API Gateway.
• Strong foundation in modern web technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Demonstrated ability to lead tasks or mentor teammates in areas such as sprint planning or solution design.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in various environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Pay Range: $72.00 - $75.00 per hour

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
