Introduction:
Looking for an experienced SAP C4C Functional Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience to support and deliver SAP C4C (Sales and/or Service Cloud) solutions. The consultant will design, configure, and implement scalable CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP C4C solutions
- Design, configure, and implement SAP C4C Sales and/or Service Cloud solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP C4C applications
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Train end users on SAP C4C functionality
- Stay current on new SAP C4C features and functionality
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a SAP C4C Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP C4C Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience with end-to-end implementation of SAP C4C solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in SAP C4C
- Experience with other SAP CRM modules
- Experience with SAP ECC integration
