Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- The Training Specialist will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive training initiative, aligning with organizational change management practices.
- The role requires strong technical knowledge of adult education principles, training curriculum design, e-learning tools, and stakeholder engagement.
Technical:
- Lead and conduct training needs assessments, identifying the requirements of all end-users.
- XXgn a comprehensive curriculum, including all necessary training resources.
- Provide project management expertise to support alignment with overall project timelines.
- Develop training materials such as guides, facilitation content, and online learning modules.
- Evaluate training initiatives to identify required support for continuous learning.
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools effectively.
- CollaboXX with subject matter experts, project teams, and stakeholder groups to identify training needs and curriculum requirements.
- Provide leadership based on adult education theories and practices.
- Liaise with development and Quality Assurance teams, including third-party vendors and ministry stakeholders.
- Communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in quality assurance testing and review processes.
- Facilitate or support classroom training sessions (in-person or virtual).
- Candidateage and escalate issues effectively and provide clear analysis for problem resolution.
- Knowledge of adult education theories, principles, and practices.
- Experience facilitating adult learning programs using various delivery methods.
- Proven experience leading training needs assessments and designing training curricula.
- Skilled in developing training materials including online modules and support content.
- Experience conducting evaluations of training initiatives to support ongoing learning.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies for training program implementation.
- Experience with e-learning tools, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven troubleshooting and issue resolution experience.
- Effective consulting and facilitation skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport.
