Job Overview:
The DT PMO team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the Airport Ops (AO) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, preferably in the airline sector, with a focus on baggage operations or strong PMO experience in an IT setting. This role involves managing large-scale enterprise-level programs and requires a proactive, self-driven individual with excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  • Direct technological research by studying organizational goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of implemented technologies.
  • Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, and information security and control structures.
  • Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating requirements.
  • Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Stay current on state-of-the-art practices to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), particularly with executive leadership.
  • Self-driven with the ability to ask the right questions and take initiative.
  • Technical and contextual knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Sound judgment in decision-making processes.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.

Pay Range: $80 - $85

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
