Job Title: Oracle Finance Fusion Functional Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Financials Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Oracle Financials, including a minimum of 4 years in Oracle Financials Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud modules and have a strong understanding of Oracle E Business Suite Financials. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle Financials Cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Financials Cloud modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Financial Accounting Hub, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and OTBI report development.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Oracle Financials Cloud functionalities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Financials applications and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud updates and enhancements.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 4 years in Oracle Financials Cloud.
- In depth knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Financial Accounting Hub, EPM, OTBI, and report development.
- Strong understanding of Oracle E Business Suite Financials and standard processes, including integrations.
- Experience in at least 4 to 5 projects involving implementations, Network Rollout, or support engagements.
- Excellent Effective Communication skills with the ability to interact with multi ethnic clients.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Pricing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications beyond Financials.
- Knowledge of additional Oracle cloud services related to financial management.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Financials or related technologies are a plus.
