Senior Lead Big Data Specialist (MLops) (W2 Only)

We are looking for more like machine learning data scientist or software engineer, who has hands-on experiences in product development.

• Develop innovative new products to solve problems using AI techniques such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning to drive Artificial Intelligence (AI) advancements in new product development and provide continual refinement of existing products once they are fielded.
• Responsibilities
• Generate software systems derived from various Machine Learning (ML) techniques to drive innovation.
• Generate software systems derived from various deep-learning techniques to improve usability.
• Participate as a member of a Scrum team to generate working software within a sprint cycle.
• Write, develop, evaluate, and document new and modified software programs using test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.
• Build automated systems test environments and simulation software to drive capabilities.
• Conduct manual tests and prepare software applications for field and customer installation.
• Support end users, including software troubleshooting and training.
• Research, investigate, and select technical data pertinent to the assigned project.
• Work with internal teams and external sources to obtain and communicate data relative to engineering requirements.
• Facilitate software asset management, including maintenance contracts.
• Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations on projects.
• Participate in department improvement activities.
• Demonstrates support for company culture in their daily actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the quality management system.

Requirements:        

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, in a field related to a specific position with 8+ years of career experience, or 5 years’ experience with a Master's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Well-versed with ML and deep learning principles and algorithms. Demonstrated capabilities using supervised and/or unsupervised machine learning or deep learning techniques to build working software to solve problems.
• Has experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Ability to Parse/interpret data in standard and custom formats.
• Should be able to handle structured and unstructured information.
• Experienced in DevOps and MLOps (e.g. version control – Gitlab).
• Proficient in Big Data Analytics.
• Familiar with Linux.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques/ Product Development is preferred.
• Well-developed problem analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency with a computer, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Team player who is self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership staff.
