Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of a multi-country Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation. This role partners closely with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Architect on large-scale programs

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce TPM or similar trade promotion solutions

  • Proven expertise in end-to-end architecture, data modeling, security, and integrations

  • Strong integration experience with ERP systems, middleware, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns

  • Experience designing high-volume, multi-country Salesforce solutions

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce governance, best practices, DevOps, and CI/CD

  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and technical leadership skills

  • CPG industry experience (trade promotions, pricing, analytics) preferred

  • Salesforce CTA or advanced certifications preferred
