Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of technical documentation experience.
3 years of workforce development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise using advanced documentation authoring software (such as MadCap Flare or FrameMaker)
Expertise using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience managing SharePoint lists and libraries.
Experience documenting PSM/RMP systems.
5 years of experience with a high-volume manufacturing and production site (preference for semiconductor domain).

KEY details
A technical writer position requiring advanced document authoring skills, especially with Madcap and FrameMaker.
The role is hybrid, based in Boise, with four days on-site and one day remote per week.
Candidates must have at least five years of technical documentation experience, which can substitute for a bachelor's degree.
The position focuses on creating, editing, and maintaining documentation not just updating existing materials or creating SOPs.
Documentation serves a broad audience and includes collaboration with engineers and subject matter experts.
Proficiency in document lifecycle processes and editing software beyond Microsoft Word is essential.
