Job Title:- Oracle Fusion Time Project Leader
Job Location:- Chicago IL (Remote is also fine)
Long Term Contract
An Oracle Fusion Time Project Leader is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Oracle Fusion Time & Labor solutions. This role involves leading project teams, managing resources, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget. Key responsibilities include project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring adherence to Oracle's methodologies and best practices.
Skills and Experience:
- Project Management:
Proven experience in managing Oracle Fusion projects, including experience with project planning, execution, and control. - Oracle Fusion Time & Labor:
In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle Fusion Time & Labor modules and functionalities. - Technical Expertise:
Understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, configuration, and integration capabilities. - Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. - Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues.
Certifications:
- Oracle Certifications: Oracle certifications related to Oracle Fusion Time & Labor are also highly desirable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Project Manager.
- Certified Oracle Project Manager (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM - Time modules
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
