Role/Responsibilities

No H1 B considered for this Role - As a Principal Systems Safety Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety strategies, conducting hazard analyses, and providing guidance on safety regulations and standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the highest level of safety for our products and solutions. Our complex system Epic is an integrated avionics platform for our Gulfstream customer. Epic consists of heads-up displays, touch screen controllers, flight management system, navigation system, communication systems,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement safety strategies for our systems
  • Conduct hazard analyses and risk assessments
  • Provide guidance on safety regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety requirements are met
  • Participate in safety reviews and audits
  • Development and analysis of fault trees

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems safety engineering
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay Range Minimum: $ 92000per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 135000 per year

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
