Job Description:
Client is seeking an experienced Airtable Consultant to support a marketing operations team within a financial services organization. This role requires expertise in designing and optimizing Airtable-based solutions specifically tailored to marketing workflows including campaign management, lead tracking, and creative requests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving Airtable interfaces, enhancing task management and automation, and enabling better resource tracking and project organization to increase operational efficiency and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Transition team workflows from raw data views to user-friendly Airtable interfaces.

Design custom views tailored to specific team needs (e.g., marketing, research).

Maintain grid/spreadsheet-style views for advanced users.

Consolidate multiple forms (marketing, external, research) into one responsive, reusable form.

Develop clear task hierarchies with subtasks and parent relationships.

Enable custom task weighting and flexible timeline management.

Implement filters by team/individual and collapsible views for completed tasks.

Improve task reassignment workflows across team members.
-
Enhance task template functionality for repeatable processes.

Build conditional logic into task creation for dynamic workflows.

Automate naming conventions based on predefined rules.

Maintain and integrate an existing emoji tagging/visual system.

Utilize Airtable's user field for user-level tracking and assignments.

Track utilization and capacity for each team member.

Create metrics and dashboards to monitor team workload and bottlenecks.

Improve Gantt/timeline tracking of tasks and milestones.
-
Maintain structure between work orders and associated tasks.

Improve visibility of campaign-related vs. business-as-usual (BAU) tasks.

Build views that show both high-level project overviews and granular task details.

Enable advanced filtering and sorting for better project navigation.
Professional Skills:

5+ years of experience designing Airtable solutions in a marketing or operations context.

Prior experience supporting marketing operations in the financial services sector strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Airtable Automations, Interfaces, Forms, and Views.

Understanding of lead tracking, campaign management, and creative process workflows.

Experience with workflow optimization, form consolidation, and task automation.

Ability to create user-friendly dashboards and reports.
-
Strong communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with scripting in Airtable (JavaScript), or using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Workato.
