Overview
We’re seeking an Oracle EBS OTL Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience supporting R12.2.x HRMS modules. The role involves full lifecycle delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and integration work across Time & Labor, Payroll, and Core HR.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business partners to capture requirements and convert them into system-level specifications.
Participate in solution design, configuration activities, prototypes, testing cycles, and implementation efforts for Oracle EBS HRMS.
Create and maintain Functional Specification Documents and related project deliverables.
Support custom report development, data conversion processes, interface work, and integrations with external applications.
Provide blended technical and functional expertise across Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS modules, particularly OTL, Payroll, and Core HR.
Follow OUM-aligned methodologies for testing and project execution.
Assist with end-to-end implementations and provide ongoing post-production support.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong functional background in Oracle EBS HRMS (R12.2.x) with expertise in OTL, Payroll, and Core HR.
Participation in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations or support engagements for Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, key business flows, and leading practices.
Experience working with custom reporting solutions and interface development.
Hands-on knowledge of data conversion/migration activities and integrations with third-party tools.
Familiarity with OUM and structured testing approaches.
Demonstrated techno-functional capability across HRMS and OTL modules.
