As a Strategy Analyst, you'll be at the heart of this mission, helping shape data-driven decisions that guide impactful programs from modernizing public services to optimizing operational efficiency.

This Role MUST BE performed from the Dallas, TX office 5 days each week.
Skills:
Expertise in Modeling:
- Advanced quantitative modeling skills, including workforce analytics, scenario planning, and capacity forecasting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with modeling tools such as Excel (advanced functions, macros), Python/R, and specialized platforms (e.g., Workday).
- Scenario Analysis:
- Experience creating and running "what-if simulations to assess the impact of organizational changes (e.g., growth, restructuring, new initiatives).
- Data Management:
- Skill in extracting, cleaning, and synthesizing large, complex datasets from multiple HR and operational systems for use in workforce models.
- Project Management:
- Capable of independently managing modeling projects, setting priorities, and delivering insights on time.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Ability to translate complex modeling outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
- Skilled at gathering business requirements and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration:
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure models reflect business realities.
- Business Acumen:
- Deep understanding of business operations, organizational structures, and how workforce strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Ability to identify and interpret key business drivers affecting workforce demand and supply.
