This Role MUST BE performed from the Dallas, TX office 5 days each week.

Skills:
Expertise in Modeling:

• Advanced quantitative modeling skills, including workforce analytics, scenario planning, and capacity forecasting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with modeling tools such as Excel (advanced functions, macros), Python/R, and specialized platforms (e.g., Workday).
• Scenario Analysis:
• Experience creating and running "what-if simulations to assess the impact of organizational changes (e.g., growth, restructuring, new initiatives).
• Data Management:
• Skill in extracting, cleaning, and synthesizing large, complex datasets from multiple HR and operational systems for use in workforce models.
• Project Management:
• Capable of independently managing modeling projects, setting priorities, and delivering insights on time.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Ability to translate complex modeling outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
• Skilled at gathering business requirements and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration:
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure models reflect business realities.
• Business Acumen:
• Deep understanding of business operations, organizational structures, and how workforce strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Ability to identify and interpret key business drivers affecting workforce demand and supply.
