Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) Developer to join our team. As a Workday HCM Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into efficient solutions within the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Workday HCM functionality.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Workday HCM development and configuration.

Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Performance Management.

Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, calculated fields, and custom reports.

Experience with Workday integration tools and technologies including Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.

Solid understanding of HR business processes and best practices.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday HCM certification(s) such as Workday HCM Core, Integration, or Reporting.

Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Extend (formerly Workday Cloud Platform).

Knowledge of Workday security concepts and role-based permissions.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Prior experience with other HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) platforms is a plus.
